Raphael got his first shave this past Sunday. He looks very cute without his hair. :-P

She scolded me when she saw Raphael after the shave.
“Daddy, Raphael doesn’t have his hair because of YOU!” with her cute face.. :-P

This weekend’s weather was really strange. Yesterday, it started with tiny hail, continued with rain, then sun break. I thought that it’s going to be a good day after the sun came out. It turned out, it’s only the first of the cycle. Through out the day, it’s like that and snow came into the mix once in a while.

Then this morning as I woke up, I saw that it started to snow again, quite heavy. So, I captured a few shots of the snow.

Every editor in the world, seems to try to evangelize global warming. But as I look outside the window, that doesn’t make any sense. Some part of the world is getting warmer and the ice in Greenland were melting. But over here, it seems like it feels like it’s getting colder. Is it possible that the cold/warm simply is simply shifting from one place to another?

What’s your thought about the strange weather?

Last Sunday after church, we went to Skagit Valley again. The sky was a bit gloomy by the time we left church. KOMO forecasted that it’s going to rain. Still, we decided to go.

By the time we got there, it started to drizzle a bit. I was a bit disappointed. We drove around for a while trying to find any tulip. It’s pretty discouraging for the first ten minutes. We didn’t find any tulip on the main tulip route road. But then, we saw a field full of tulip. They’re not fully bloomed yet. I thought it’s better than nothing. So, we went out to take some quick pictures.

After that, we decided to find to Tulip town. After paying the entrance fee, I took two of my kids around the field and started to take pictures there. Lots of tulip at the Tulip town. They bloomed already and quite big and in many different colors. I loved it there.

Here are some of the pictures I took. Enjoy!

The weather in the northwest has not been too kind for tulip this year. Is this really global warming? I find it strange that it’s been cold and chilly over here in the northwest. Isn’t global warming supposedly make the temperature warmer?

About a week and a half ago, I had the pleasure of taking maternity pictures for the beautiful Evi and her cool husband Delly. Evi was at about 36 weeks, so the new baby is going to come out pretty soon. I am pretty excited to see the newborn soon.

After meeting them near Home Depot and Krispy Kreme, we went to the Issaquah train museum to take some shots there. The weather wasn’t that good. It’s windy and a bit on the chilly side. After that, we went to Bellevue Botanical garden. Drizzle started to come down a bit after that.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures. Enjoy!
